After 3 close games, we’re on the brink of winning our first
game of the season. We’ve yet to face 2
teams, the Pirates and Bobcats, and tonight it’s the Cats coming to town. Sometimes these little critters can create
problems. However, with the correct
weapons and knowing how to use them, there’s really no danger in doing battle
with them. We’ll have to watch for their bite
though.
In the past, the Bobcats have prided themselves with good
pitching. I have no reason to believe
that has changed. They only have 2
games under their belt, and stand 1-1 for the effort. In those 2 games they have allowed 6 runs total with a team
ERA of 2.12 produced by 5 pitchers (one at 1.29, one at 13.50, the others
0.00). Their bats aren’t very strong at
this point with a team average of .193, and they’ve managed a total of 7 runs
in the 2 games played.
You guys sound GREAT !! Very enjoyable game calling.
ReplyDeleteWe can hear you fine in Ohio
ReplyDeleteIts early boys....
ReplyDeletewe can hear you in fulton and we not even online- by the way can you pitch??
ReplyDeleteNeed to trade for some pitching.....
ReplyDeleteAre the Bobcats the best hitting team you guys have seen thus far?
ReplyDeleteSorry guys, but the hand is not part of the bat. However, a batter cannot be ruled to have been hit by a pitch if the pitch is a strike. This is where the argument of "did he swing" comes into play.
ReplyDeleteis there anykind of public communication coming from the teams during games??
ReplyDeleteother than the railroaders
ReplyDeleteCurrently only the Railroaders and Pirates use TeamLine to webcast home games. There are efforts to get the other teams on board with TeamLine in the future.
